What does DailyPlan do?
It turns typed thoughts and voice notes into a daily list. You can add details, tick things off, change the order, or ask AI to suggest priorities.
Can I use it for both work and personal tasks?
Yes. A business idea, an errand, and a family reminder can all go into the same plan.
Do I need to press Send every time?
No. Typed thoughts are added automatically after a short pause. You can also press Send. Voice notes are submitted when you stop recording.
What happens if I close the app?
Anything marked ‘Saved to your account’ can finish processing after you leave. If a recording hasn’t uploaded or you’re offline, reopen DailyPlan to finish syncing.
Does AI change my order automatically?
No. New items are added to your list. Tap Prioritize when you want an AI suggestion, or drag items yourself.
Can I see previous days?
Yes. Pick a date to view that day’s saved plan. Earlier days aren’t automatically included when AI organizes today.
Will it send reminder notifications?
Not in this version. Reminders stay visible in your plan, but DailyPlan doesn’t send scheduled alerts.
Is it free?
You can use the initial version free, within daily limits on captures, recordings, and AI prioritization. Your account shows the current limits.
